This policy explains how Enluve handles account data, profile content, chats, Toasts, Activity signals, vibe check-ins, Spotlight usage, and safety enforcement.

Overview

Enluve is a dating and relationship discovery platform that includes profiles, Home and Explore feeds, matches, real-time chat, Toasts, Spotlight boosts, vibe check-ins, streaks, and activity tracking. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the controls available to you.

By using Enluve, you acknowledge that some profile information, activity signals, and content you choose to share are used to operate matching, ranking, messaging, moderation, abuse prevention, and account support.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, complete onboarding, edit your profile, upload photos, send messages, send Toasts, activate Spotlight, or check in with a daily vibe.

  • Account data such as email address, verification status, age confirmation, and login activity.
  • Profile data such as name, city, gender selection, intent, circle preferences, photos, intro lines, and profile details.
  • Content you create such as chats, Toasts, profile actions, Spotlight activations, and vibe check-ins.
  • Activity data such as who noticed you, who viewed your profile, unread message counts, match state, and streak status.
  • Technical data such as device or browser information, IP address, approximate location signals, log events, and abuse-prevention telemetry.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide, secure, improve, and support Enluve. That includes ranking profiles, showing the right people in Home and Explore, enabling matches and chat, delivering Toasts, operating Spotlight, and keeping the service safe.

We may also use information to troubleshoot bugs, detect fraud, enforce our rules, prevent spam, satisfy legal obligations, and analyze product performance.

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To personalize Home, Explore, Spotlight, and Activity.
  • To display your current vibe, availability, streak, and related visibility signals when you choose to use them.
  • To deliver chats, read receipts, notices, profile view records, and Toast inbox history.
  • To investigate harmful conduct, reports, abuse, impersonation, harassment, or unauthorized access.

What Other Members Can See

Other members may see the profile information and account signals you choose to place on your profile or make available through product features.

Depending on your actions and product state, this can include your name, age, photos, city, intent, circle information, availability, current vibe, whether you noticed them, whether you matched, and whether you sent them a Toast.

  • Your profile viewers and people who noticed you may appear inside your Activity area.
  • Your current vibe may appear on your card and can influence who sees you and in what order.
  • Toasts you send are delivered to the intended recipient and stored in sent and received views for a limited time.
  • Chats are only available where the product permits them, including after mutual matching where applicable.
Important

Using optional features like vibe check-ins or Spotlight can change how visible you are inside the product. That is part of how discovery works on Enluve.

Toasts, Messages, and Temporary Content

Toasts are short audio or video messages intended as lightweight interaction. We store Toast data to deliver it, display sent and received history, track opens, enforce product rules, and apply expiry behavior.

Chats and Toasts may be processed by automated systems for spam, abuse, safety, and operational integrity.

  • Toasts are designed to expire automatically after 24 hours unless law, safety, or dispute handling requires longer retention.
  • Messages, notices, and profile-action metadata may be retained longer for reliability, moderation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Deleted or expired content may continue to exist in backups or security logs for a limited period.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of transferring your data for unrelated third-party advertising use. We share information only as needed to run the service, comply with the law, protect users, or support core operations.

  • With infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email, storage, and security vendors acting on our behalf.
  • With legal authorities or regulators where required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process.
  • With advisors, auditors, or acquirers in a merger, financing, restructuring, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.
  • With other members only through the product features you intentionally use or the visibility states described in this policy.

Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement

We use manual and automated systems to protect Enluve, its members, and the public. This includes fraud detection, abnormal activity monitoring, blocking logic, report review, and enforcement actions ranging from warnings to removal.

Where necessary, we may review account content, metadata, device signals, and behavioral indicators to investigate safety issues or platform abuse.

Your Choices and Rights

You can access and update core profile details from inside the app. You can also choose whether to check in with a vibe, whether to activate Spotlight, and how you engage with other members.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information.

  • You can block other users.
  • You can stop using optional features like vibe check-ins or Spotlight.
  • You can request account deletion by contacting support.
  • Some information may still be retained where needed for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal obligations, or dispute handling.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, support integrity and safety functions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary by data type. Temporary product features may expire from user-facing views earlier than they disappear from backups or security records.

International Processing

If you use Enluve from outside the country where our systems or vendors operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate measures to protect those transfers.

Age Restrictions

Enluve is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. We do not knowingly allow underage users. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may remove the account and associated data.
