Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Enluve, including the website, registration flow, profiles, Home and Explore feeds, chat, Toasts, Spotlight, Activity, and related services.

By creating an account, browsing the service, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Enluve.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from our failure to protect the platform.

• One person may not maintain multiple deceptive or duplicate accounts.
• You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, city, photos, or relationship intent.
• You may not transfer, sell, lease, or share account access without our written permission.

Your License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Enluve grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial dating and relationship discovery purposes.

Member Conduct Rules

You agree to use the service respectfully and lawfully. You may not use the platform to harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, stalk, spam, scrape, or harm others.

• No harassment, hate speech, abuse, coercion, extortion, or unwanted sexual conduct.
• No solicitation for scams, financial fraud, escorting, trafficking, or illegal services.
• No uploading content you do not have the right to share.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• No unauthorized automation, bots, scraping, or mass messaging.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including profile text, photos, chats, Toasts, vibe check-ins, and other member-generated content.

By posting or sending content through Enluve, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, moderate, secure, and improve that content in connection with operating the service.

Feature-Specific Terms

Some features operate with special rules because they affect visibility, delivery, or user expectations.

• Matches and chat: chat availability may depend on mutual matching or other product rules in effect at the time.
• Toasts: Toasts may expire automatically after a limited time and may be removed for policy, safety, or technical reasons.
• Spotlight: Spotlight is a timed visibility feature. Activation does not guarantee any minimum number of views, matches, or responses.
• Vibe and streaks: vibe check-ins and streaks may influence visibility, ordering, rewards, or other in-product experiences, but they do not guarantee outcomes.
• Activity signals: notices, profile views, and similar activity indicators may be delayed, filtered, limited, or removed for product integrity or safety reasons.

Paid Features and No Guarantee of Results

If paid features, boosts, or subscriptions are offered, you agree to the pricing, billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms shown at the time of purchase.

Enluve does not guarantee romantic success, message replies, matches, profile views, dates, or relationship outcomes. Visibility tools improve placement, not results.

Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We may monitor, review, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, content, or feature access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public.

We may remove content or disable access without prior notice where required for safety, fraud prevention, abuse control, legal compliance, or operational necessity.

• We may investigate reports, blocks, pattern abuse, impersonation, harassment, underage use, or content-policy violations.
• We may preserve evidence relevant to disputes, law enforcement requests, or safety incidents.
• Termination does not remove your obligation to comply with surviving provisions of these Terms.

Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of Enluve is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain, and share information. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy overlap, both apply in the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers

Enluve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always work exactly as described.

We are not responsible for the conduct of other members, whether on-platform or off-platform. You are responsible for using good judgment and personal safety precautions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, goodwill, profits, or business opportunity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Enluve will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
